Information of a public nature

Pursuant to the revised Access to Information of a Public Nature Act (ZDIJZ-C, Uradni list RS, No 23/14, 2 April 2014), which came into force on 17 April 2014, Kapitalska družba, d.d. publishes the information required under the eleventh and twelfth paragraphs of Article 10a of the ZDIJZ.

The person in charge of access to information of a public nature is Tina Vizjak Špec. Written requests for access to information of a public nature may be sent by email to Tina Vizjak Špec or by post to Kapitalska družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 119, 1000 Ljubljana (marked ‘Request for access to information of a public nature’).
